These sets come as shown, in colors shown, we do not make changes to these sets. The kits come with step by step written instructions & a picture assembly manual. Quick Ship kits include local delivery,  ASSEMBLY IS NOT INCLUDED.

Most playsets include a tower which is pre-assembled prior to delivery. Playset deliveries are made using a truck/trailer which requires access to the area you want the playset placed, free from obstructions such as trees, other structures or not having large enough gate openings. Remaining attachments such as slides & swing frames will be assembled on site. Playsets must be placed on level ground, we WILL NOT level any component of a playset using cinderblocks ofor the safety of your children.
